Otis Clay began his recording career at Chicago’s One-Derful! Records, where he cut a run of singles before going on to a long career that included releases on Cotillion, Dakar, and Hi Records.
Released in late 1965, “Tired Of Falling In (And Out Of) Love” b/w “I Paid The Price” was his second single. “Tired Of Falling In (And Out Of) Love” is a strong early ballad that points toward the sound he would continue to develop in the years that followed.
