Chicago bluesman Eddie King (born Edward Milton, 1938, Talladega, AL) recorded these two sides in 1965 with producer Leo Austell, joined by his sister Mae B. May on vocals.
“Are You Pushed To Love” and “Please Mr. DJ” function as a true double A-side, with Mae B. May’s lead performances driving both tracks. Originally released in small numbers, the record has since become a sought-after piece among collectors.
